Are materials included in your quotes?

Yes, we can include all materials in our quotes, from wood to finishes. Due to our volume we are able to get all kinds of materials at great prices which helps us reducing costs to you. However, if you already got the materials or are planning to buy from another store, we will only charge for labor.

What if I need to schedule service while I am on vacation?

Depending on the portion of your house that's been refinished, it will disturb your daily routine once that part of the house will not be able to be used. That's why many clients like the convenience of having their floors done while they go on vacation. They will be back to a work free zone! If you plan on doing that, just make sure that:

• We discuss all your flooring needs before you go on vacation, like stain color you'd like us to use and other particular details of you house

• We have access to the house while you're away. Some clients set up a code on the garage door, leave the key in a special place or arrange to have someone with a key close to the property.

• You leave us a contact while you're away so we can reach you in case we need to.

However you prefer, we will make all efforts to help you come back to a fully renewed floors.

Do you work on weekends?

We work on Saturdays, but usually not on Sundays. We evaluate the need of working on Sundays based on demand and in a case by case basis as arrangements needs to be made in advance.

Do you work during holidays?

We only close for Christmas, New Years and 4th of July. Other than these holidays, we will be probably working!
