As the time passes, your floors may start looking worn. You can make them look brand new again by sanding to the bare wood and finishing them. We have all the equipment and a trained team to do the work for you.
Refinish includes: sanding to the bare wood, staining (optional) and apply 3 coats of finish.
If your floors look scuffed or have some scratches (if they don't go all the way through the wood) you can just do a Buff Coat, instead of sanding to the bare wood. Read more about Buff Coat

Maintenance and correct care will make your floors last for a lifetime.
After sanding or staining, we have to protect your floors against scratches. We work with 2 types of finish that will provide the protection you need: oil and water-based poly, both excellent. You can go from Matte to High Gloss finish.
Oil-based poly: usually takes around 8 hours to dry
Water-based poly: takes about 2 hours. Non-allergenic. No smell
*During drying period, walking on the floors is not recommended at all.
